Sonny Bryans Smokehouse is a fun, casual hangout where you order by the number of "meats" and comfort sides dishes.

Empire Bar & Grill is perhaps convenient only to the Hyatt and neighboring hotel. Classic mid-scale meat and fish. Perhaps the only establishment serving baked wasabi peas as bar snacks. Yum!

At the YO Ranch you can dine on a delicious tenderloin of Buffalo. Perfectly rare and tasty.
